24 apartments engineered to reduce vibration from a nearby railway.
The four-storey building provides 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments close to a railway line. Glazed front and rear elevations are carried by intricate exposed steelwork.
The entire structure rests on vibration-isolating bearing assemblies, designed to reduce railway noise and vibration transmitted through the structure.
