The project
New housing on a former Iceland site, with cantilevered balconies.
Redevelopment of a former Iceland site introduced a new housing scheme with a challenging drainage design.
The main building uses reinforced concrete flat slabs cast on site, with projecting balconies along its principal elevations. Load-bearing masonry transfers these loads to piled foundations.
