The project

Three basement levels beneath a substantial residential development.

This residential scheme incorporates a swimming pool, gym and cinema within three levels of basement accommodation.

The basement was built from the top down. Contiguous bored piles removed the need to underpin party walls, while a cavity drainage system was incorporated into the basement walls.
